Industry Machining

Burhoe Machine works has supplied parts to many major aerospace companies. We make sputtering targets for use in engines from Honeywell international and titanium inserts for use in composite tooling for Boeing. We have parts that have been raced at the Reno Air Races, and parts that have been in orbit since 2017.

Burhoe Machine Works has been making products for the medical industry since we opened in August of 2000. We manufacture components for and used in the manufacture of hearing aids, cochlear implants, neurostimulators, pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and surgical tools to name a few.

Burhoe Machine works routinely manufactures parts with features under .005” of an inch. That is a feature size that is smaller than the average tolerance of a feature on an ordinary machined part. Some of the parts pictured have features of .002” and an entire part size of about .030” in diameter. Please contact us for your micro maching needs.

Burhoe Machine works began as a mold making company. We have molds that are around 20 years old and are still producing customer parts to spec daily.
